DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE DDT SHARE INSTALMENT      
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for DIMENSION DATA        
HOLDINGS PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to       
DIMENSION DATA HOLDINGS PLC (DDT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust    
have declared a dividend amount of 1.9 US cents per DDTNID share instalment that
is payable on Friday, 19 March 2010. The conversion rate of U$1 - R 7.6278 was  
announced today and this equates to a dividend of 14.4928 cents per DDTNID share
instalments held.                                                               
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 12 February 2010. The share       
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 15 February 2010 and  
the record date will be Friday, 19 February 2010.
